- We may buy your property ourselves or assign our contract. In some cases we may assign our interest in a purchase agreement to another buyer before closing, and we may earn a fee or profit from that assignment. Whether this may happen will be stated in the purchase agreement.

2. No offer until a written contract is signed
Information on the Website, price estimates, and any communication by phone, text, or email are not a binding offer or contract. A binding agreement only exists when both you and we sign a written purchase agreement. You are never obligated to accept an offer from us.
3. Information for buyers and investors

Program description: If you opt in, Wolf Vive LLC will send text messages to the mobile number you provide. Inquiry messages include replies to your inquiry, offer details, and appointment reminders. Marketing messages, which require separate consent, include new property deals and updates.
